Welcome to the ASOCIACION INTERNACIONAL DE MUJERES SALVADORENAS ( AIMSA) web site, WWW.AIMSAL.ORG, (the "Site"). The following Terms of Use for the Site is a legal contract between you, an individual user or a single entity (individually or collectively "Users"), and A.I.M.S.A.. regarding your use of the Site.

BY REGISTERING FOR AND/OR ACCESSING, BROWSING, AND USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS, INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES, AND ANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "TERMS"). Individual Features and Services. When using the Site, you will be subject to any additional posted guidelines or rules applicable to specific services, and features which may be posted from time to time (the "Guidelines"). All such Guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.
Modification of the Terms. A.I.M.S.A. reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without notice to you.
Please check these Terms and any Guidelines periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. For any material changes to these Terms, such amended terms will automatically be effective Ownership; Proprietary Rights.
The Site is owned and operated by A.I.M.S.A. The content, visual interfaces, interactive features, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of the Site that are provided by AIMSA Materials are protected by United States copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. Materials do not include User Submissions (defined below) or any other content owned by and submitted by Users to the Site. All AIMSA Materials contained on the Site are the copyrighted property of AIMSA
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names contained in AIMSA. Materials or on the Site are proprietary to or its affiliates and/or third-party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by AIMSA., you agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of AIMSA Materials.
AIMSA. reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Materials, except for the limited rights set forth in this Agreement.
User Submissions.
(a)General. The Site may now or in the future permit the submission and posting or linking of media, text, audio and video recordings, photos, commentary or any other content submitted by you and other users ("User Submissions"), and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Submissions. User Submissions are displayed for entertainment and informational purposes only and are not controlled by AIMSA AIMSA makes no representations that it will publish or use your User Submissions in any way and may or may not use your User Submissions in its sole discretion.
You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, AIMSA does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions.
(b) Grant of Rights. You shall retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However, by submitting User Submissions to AIMSA., you hereby grant AIMSA and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise exploit your User Submissions in connection with the Site and AIMSA's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels now known or hereafter discovered. You grant A IMSA and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such User Submission if they choose. You also agree to irrevocably waive (and cause to be waived) any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Submissions.
TO THESE TERMS OR THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE AIMSA MATERIALS AND USER SUBMISSIONS ON THE SITE OR ANY REFERENCE SITES, THE SITE ITSELF, OR ANY OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH AIMSA, EVEN IF AIMSA. OR AN AIMSA. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(b) Limitation of Damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL AIMSA. OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD PARTY PARTNERS, LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
(c) Reference Sites. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD OR PROVIDED ON ANY REFERENCE SITES OR OTHERWISE BY THIRD PARTIES OTHER THAN AND RECEIVED BY YOU THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE SITE OR RECEIVED BY YOU THROUGH ANY REFERENCE SITES.
